Victoria is CEO of Welsh Gymnastics. She has spent much of her career committed to the business of creating and delivering strategies to support resilience and sustainability within the not-for-profit sector, primarily for sport.
This has included working with the Welsh Ryder Cup, Football Association of Wales Trust, Millennium Stadium Charitable Trust, Coca-Cola and McDonalds.
Prior to joining Welsh Gymnastics, Victoria served as CEO of the Welsh Sports Association for nearly eight years; driving forward change in all aspects of the business from governance structures to commercial development. Victoria also took the lead in supporting Welsh sport to navigate the challenges of Covid-19.
