Kate’s track record in communications, engagement and marketing spans more than 30 years, working in broadcasting, sport, the arts and education. Currently Director of Admissions at UWC Atlantic College, she is responsible for selecting students from every kind of socioeconomic background, from across the world, to embark on a transformational education at St Donat’s Castle. Her career started in sport, as Wales’ only dedicated women and girls’ sport publicist. She has also held senior positions at BBC Wales, Qualifications Wales and the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama. A qualified Pilates instructor, she is married with two children and lives in the nearby seaside town of Penarth.
